Valentine's Day!

Or International Barbie Celebration Day. Does anyone else think that when they see these cookies?

Well, it's a ways away, but we at the bakery start holiday celebrations a month or so in advance. Gotta give folks time to see what we have and plan what they want to order for their office parties and sweeties and whatnot.

In other news, the bakery opens a new location on (tentatively) January 19th! So if you're up by the new UNM West Campus in Rio Rancho around that time, stop by and see how panicked we are!

Just kidding.

...well, maybe not so much. Lots to do, and not a lot of time to do it in. We'll be one busy crew this coming week.

Adding to that, I'll be moving up in to the bakery manager position (woo-hoo!)--so it's definitely a time of fluctuation right now.
